These Terms govern your use of everywearbd.com and all purchases of ready-made garments from Everywear Bangladesh Ltd.
1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or placing an order on our marketplace, you agree to these Terms.
2. Our Service Everywear Bangladesh Ltd. operates as a curated wholesale marketplace and supply-chain manager for Bangladeshi RMG. We handle sourcing, quality checking, and safe delivery.
3. Orders & Pricing
- All prices are in USD, wholesale rates.
- Custom orders require 30% advance payment.
- Prices and stock are subject to change without notice.
4. Payment Payments must be made through approved methods. Orders are confirmed only after receipt of payment.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship worldwide. Delivery times are estimates only.
- Risk passes to buyer once goods are handed to the carrier.
- Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance are buyer’s responsibility.
6. Returns & Cancellations
- No returns on wholesale orders unless manufacturing defect is proven within 7 days of receipt.
- Custom orders are non-cancellable after production starts.
7. Quality & Inspection All products are QC-checked. Buyers may request video inspection before shipment.
8. Limitation of Liability Everywear Bangladesh Ltd. is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or delays caused by suppliers or carriers.
9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka.
