Return Policy

Everywear Bangladesh Ltd. is committed to delivering high-quality ready-made garments. However, because we operate as a wholesale B2B marketplace and manufacturer, our Return Policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with industry standards for bulk garment sourcing.
1. General Policy All sales are considered final once the order is confirmed and shipped. We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, color preference, or any other buyer-side reasons.
2. Eligible Returns / Replacements We only accept returns or replacements in case of manufacturing defects (such as faulty stitching, incorrect measurements beyond tolerance, wrong fabric, or major quality issues).
To be eligible:
- The defect must be reported within 7 days of receiving the goods.
- You must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the defect.
- We reserve the right to inspect the goods (via video call or photos) before approving any replacement.
If the defect is verified, we will replace the defective pieces at no extra cost (subject to stock availability). Refunds are not offered — only replacement.
3. Customized / Private Label Orders
- Once production has started, customized orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Any manufacturing defect found after final QC video inspection will be replaced before shipment.
- After goods are shipped, only proven major defects will be considered for replacement (same 7-day rule applies).
4. Ready-to-Ship Wholesale Marketplace Orders
- Full payment + shipping charges are paid at the time of order.
- Manufacturing defects reported within 7 days with proper evidence will be replaced.
- Minor variations in color, size tolerance (±2 cm), or fabric texture that are within industry standards are not considered defects.
5. Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned or replaced under any circumstances:
- Any product that has been worn, altered, washed, or damaged by the buyer.
- Orders where the buyer has already approved the goods via video call before shipment.
- Custom designs created as per buyer’s specifications.
- Orders where full payment has been made and goods have been shipped.
6. Return / Replacement Process
- Contact us immediately on WhatsApp (+8801788898174) or the website contact form within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your Order ID, photos/videos of the defect, and packing photos.
- Our team will review and respond within 48 hours.
- If approved, we will arrange replacement production and shipment (buyer may be asked to return defective pieces at their own shipping cost).
7. Shipping Charges
- For approved replacements, we cover the cost of sending the new goods.
- The buyer is responsible for returning defective goods (if required) and any import duties/taxes.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
8. Limitation of Liability Everywear Bangladesh Ltd. is not liable for any indirect losses, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from defective goods. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the defective items only.
9. Changes to Policy We may update this Return Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
